Projector´s team was pleased to once again be able to provide its technical due diligence service to long-term client Baltic Horizon Fund, which is currently in the process of acquiring the LNK Centre office building in Riga.
Located in Skanstes, Riga’s modern business district, the LNK Centre is a Class-A office building with a leasable area of 7455 m2. The building has been completely covered by lease agreements, with Exigen Services and LNK Group, one of Latvia’s leading local real estate and infrastructure development and construction companies, leasing nearly 90% of the area.
