Communication and leadership are vital to keeping our projects running smoothly from start to finish. We offer qualified project services\u00a0<\/strong>to lead projects with high demands on teamwork and with a focus on results. We achieve this by our qualified, experienced and innovative team. We offer solutions for the life cycle management of individual properties and construction projects for both the real estate owners and users.<\/p>\n

Our services range from the\u00a0complete service package<\/strong>\u00a0to various\u00a0limited assignments\u00a0<\/strong>from different studies to the services of\u00a0the guarantee period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Representation of the client and supervision services<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

We assist our clients in the agreement\u00a0negotiation process<\/strong>\u00a0of tender competitions and in managing the relationships of the service providers. We take care of\u00a0the supervision and the reporting<\/strong>\u00a0process and perform frequent\u00a0inspections<\/strong>\u00a0and tests in the project\u2019s commissioning phase. Supervisor<\/strong> shall be a visit card of the project.
\nWe create much more added value to the Client than usual supervisors.<\/p>\n

During the\u00a0guarantee period<\/strong>\u00a0we always advise the Client for the smooth maintenance of the building.<\/p>\n

Technical due diligence services<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Technical due diligence services <\/strong>cover assessments of the technical condition of the building and the quality of its management. For each part of the building, we note the required immediate and long-term repair needs<\/p>\n

Our\u00a0\u00a0condition studies\u00a0<\/strong>focus on the condition of the structures, building elements and technical systems at the time of the inspection.\u00a0 As an outcome, our clients receive a summary of\u00a0the\u00a0technical\u00a0condition of the property<\/strong>\u00a0and the report on repair needs.<\/p>\n
